The cup had been cleaned meticulously and as the man handed the prince the cup he did it gingerly so his filthy fingers did not touch those of the prince. this man intrigued the prince and he opened his mouth to speak..."

The prince, realising that his life was in danger, got up from his chair and backed towards the door. The old man followed slowly, his grin getting gradually wider, and as the prince looked around him in the hope of finding something he could use to defend himself, he noticed... "

"... a big stick, but it was too far away, he looked back desperatly at the old man who had now tranformed into a lizard monster, and fumbled desperatly at his belt. But the old man had removed the Princes belt along with his weapons while he had been asleep. Suddenly Mercury came flying through the door from the original story (having used her magical tunnel) and grabbed onto the Prince. Pulling him out the door she picked up a fire brand that she had ready outside and threw it into the hut, shutting the door so that the lizard monster would burn to death. Muttering about how princes always need saving, Mercury dragged the Prince up onto the horse and..."
