Hiya! I'm physboff, cos I love physics (I'm hopefully going to go study it at Durham University). I have shoulder-length curly dark hair, and blue-grey eyes. I also wear glasses most of the time. I love most music, except R&B and most rap. I especially like Muse, Panic! at the Disco, Franz Ferdinand, Yellowcard and Smile Empty Soul. I also love to read, especially fictional books with adventure/horror/fantasy as some of the themes. My favourite authors are Lynn Flewelling, Tamora Pierce, Eoin Colfer, Philip Pullman and William Nicholson. Movies-wise, I really like stuff like The Incredibles and Finding Nemo, as well as Pirates of the Caribbean, The Producers, Serenity, Love Actually, National Treasure and Lara Croft. I'm also into aromatherapy and massage, I really like the idea that nature and the body's own energy can heal others. Can't think of much else to say, but if you want to find out more, you can visit my homepage or my myspace profile at www.myspace.com/physboff . Nice to meet you all! ;D

Lol, I'm not sure I understand it, that's what I'm hoping the uni course will help me with! I still love it though. No, I haven't. Are they good? I'm always on the lookout for new books to read

well, i came to uni in the hopes of understanding theatre more, and im more confused than ever! so good luck with the physics thing! yeah robert jordan and david eddings are awesome. although roberts jordans series is reeeeeally long and it still isnt finished, so if ur not into long stories then dont go near it! its really good tho, books nine and ten are a bit pants but 1 thru 7 are good and 11's back on form. david gemmells good too, hes got a huge series out too but i havent read that one cos it confuses me, it doesnt tell u which one comes first! but his rigante series is awesome.

I love long stories, they're awesome - the longer the book and the longer the series, the longer I can use them to distract myself from working! ;D
Thanks loads for the recommendations, I'll definitely check them out!

Awesome, thank you I recommend Lynn Flewelling's books, they're amazing! I like her Nightrunner series the best, but the Tamir trilogy is also great, plus it's finished.

I've had them falling on my feet before, I generally manage to avoid them falling on my head - although that's probably only because 2 out of 3 of my bookshelves are lower than head height

While you were sleeping? Ouch! That's a nasty way to wake up... Mine are above my bed, too, although they've never fallen on me while I'm sleeping. (Now I'm worried they will They're below head height cos I have to stand on my bed to get to them.
